Director of Children’s and Youth Ministries Job Opening

Nardin Park United Methodist Church is in search of a Director of Children’s and Youth Ministries who will lead and develop comprehensive programs for children and youth, from ages four through 12th grade. Reporting to the Lead Pastor and SPRC liaison, the role involves recruiting volunteers, creating curricula, managing resources, and organizing events. The Director oversees the ministry’s budget, communicates with the congregation, and collaborates with the Youth and Children’s Councils and Missions Committee. Essential skills include effective communication, relationship-building, and a commitment to the church’s mission of growth, service, and connection. Previous experience in children’s or youth education is preferred. Certified Lay servants, Part Time local pastors, and deacon candidates are encouraged to apply.
