Volunteers Needed!
Every program and worship service that we put on here at Nardin Park relies on volunteers to make it happen! Now that we are emerging out of the pandemic, we hope that you are willing and able to make room in your life to step up and step into one of the many volunteer roles we have available. Each of these teams has flexibility with commitment. Each of these teams has welcoming teammates! And each of these teams helps to make Nardin Park a warm and welcoming faith family. Please prayerfully consider how you might share your gifts and time with us!
Usher Team
Ushers make sure that congregants are warmly greeted and taken care of during our worship service. They help with seating, dismissal, offering collection, and communion. While this role has shifted in its responsibilities due to COVID, it is still a vital component of our worship time! Commitment level varies from simply substituting when needed to a monthly commitment.

Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team welcomes everyone on Sunday mornings (and at special events)! They greet congregants, are available to answer questions for new guests, provide a presence at the Welcome Center, and (hopefully soon!) help host coffee hour. If you are a people person who understands how important it is to build community through warm, intentional connection, this team is for you!

The A/V Team
This team is fairly new to Nardin Park, but we are quickly relying on their presence as we navigate into a new world of technology! This team is looking for individuals to help run the computer during worship. If you can follow along on a provided order of worship and can hit a space bar on the computer, you can do this job! Training will be provided. We are specifically looking for folks to help us at the 11 am classical service.

Nardin Park Kids (NPK) Sunday School Teachers
Our Nardin Park kids are full of energy, insight, and love for God! We are looking for some new faces to join us in teaching Sunday School. A given curriculum/plan for each week will be provided. Just as all of us grown-ups have loved re-emerging back to our "normal" activities, the NPK is ready to do that, too. But we need your leadership and help! This role is guaranteed to fill your spiritual bucket and bring joy to your life!

Missions
Do you enjoy working in a group? Do you enjoy helping the Community? If you answered “YES”, this is a team you will enjoy. Our Mission Team meets monthly and reaches out to others, outside the Nardin Park family. In the past, we helped support the missions of Crossroads, Focus Hope, Crop Walk, Cares, and other providers to help with food and personal necessities to serve the community at large. You will see our collection box fill as we let our Nardin Park family know how they can help with monthly giving. We meet once during the month to plan our next outreach.

House Committee
We are looking for persons who are willing to do small repairs as needed, reducing the expense of using outside services. No meeting dates! Projects or service requests are made by staff or the Leadership Board. When needed, the Facilities Team Leader will contact workers that are required.
