SOS Fundraiser

South Oakland Shelter, now part of Lighthouse of Oakland County, is a rotating shelter housing guests needing shelter. Each year Nardin Park houses 25-40 guests/families in our building. Due to Covid 19, SOS is hosting over 60 people in need of shelter in a hotel this year. The cost to shelter these guests is $11,000 per week. If we were able to house the guests, they would be sleeping in rooms throughout the church. We would have volunteers making it an amazing week. Volunteers provide and serve meals, transport guests to and from the SOS building, register guests and serve as hosts through out the night. It’s a show love and do good tradition. here at Nardin Park.

This year, Youth & Missions Team are coming together to help raise the funds for what would have been our “Guest Week”. Please help support those in need the best way we can this year. Want more info on SOS? Check out their website HERE.
